Sober for the Health of It: Interview with Stacy Miller
from SYNC Your Life Podcast · host Jenny Swisher
Welcome to the SYNC Your Life podcast episode #71! On this podcast, we will be diving into all things women's hormones to help you learn how to live in alignment with your female physiology. Too many women are living with their check engine lights flashing. You know you feel "off" but no matter what you do, you can't seem to have the energy, or lose the weight, or feel your best. This podcast exists to shed light on the important topic of healthy hormones and cycle syncing, to help you gain maximum energy in your life. In today's episode, I'm interviewing Stacy Miller. Stacy is 9 years alcohol free, and a health Coach whose mission is to help women replace alcohol with intentional fuel and daily movement to achieve their goals confidently. She is a mom of two, a wife, and a woman who found herself personally affected by addiction. She knows what it's like to feel like there is more to life but yet be trapped by alcohol. We talk about how alcohol impacts women's hormones, sleep, and overall wellness, and offer tangible tips for making this a focus area in your life. In this episode, we reference the following items: Previous SYNC Your Life podcast episode on blood sugar regulation, found here.
