Sober October day 22, cooking up a storm

Hey family, a bit of a longer pod today. Just me yakking about my current sober October situation. My thinking about our post Sobol Tobar. Thinking about the podcast and its future. And in recommending a few podcasts that I’ve been listening to recently. Hopefully stick in with me and listen to the pod. In the background I’m making our eggs for egg sandwiches and bacon as well.
