Social housing income thresholds have risen

The income threshold for access to social housing has increased by 3.5 thousand pounds, which means among the changes, couples with three or more children the maximum is £50,500. But there are concerns the move will exacerbate already stretched waiting lists. Local Democracy Reporter Emma Draper spoke to Chair of Douglas Council's Housing Committee Devon Watson.
