I Don’t Compete. I Connect. And Sometimes That Hurts.I don’t compare myself to anyone.I don’t compete.I uplift.I promote.I support.Sometimes I support even when I cannot support myself.Do not say, “Have you read my story?”Do not say, “You are not the only one going through it.”Do not twist my honesty into a competition of pain.This is not about you.This is my moment.If I call you regularly, that is intentional.If I comment, that is care.If I show up on your platform, that is love with no invoice attached.I also know the truth I have to accept.You cannot expect anything from anyone.Support is not owed.Validation is not guaranteed.People are busy. People are distracted. People are inconsistent.I know.But I am human.And right now my feelings are hurt.My show will be this Sunday like it always is, and I will show up bright and energized and ready to pour into people. That is what I do.
