Social Intelligence: Learning to Manage Relationships

from The Christian Leader Made Simple Show · host Ryan Franklin / Christian Leader Made Simple

When the world shut down in 2020, it was initially a good thing for many of our relationships. Suddenly, we all had more time for each other, but it wasn’t long before many people started to realize that the extra time created new and unusual stress in their relationships. After all, we weren’t accustomed to spending that much time together. Many struggled to manage the closeness of their relationships. Why did this happen? What was the problem? I suspect that many people began exercising social intelligence, something they had created very little time for previously. Many lacked understanding of social intelligence and competency in knowing how to navigate their relationships. In this blog post, I want to give you some insight into social intelligence so that you can avoid relational issues. I want to help you improve all relationships in your life.Subscribe for weekly church leadership content: ChristianLeaderMadeSimple.comWork with me (1:1 Executive Coaching): ryanfranklin.orgThe Christian Leader Blueprint (Free): ChristianLeaderMadeSimple.comYoutube/ Blog/ Podcast: ChristianLeaderMadeSimple.comConnect with me: Email: [email protected]: @rnfranklinTwitter: @rnfranklinInstagram: @rnfranklin#christianleadermadesimple, #ryanfranklin, #leadershippodcast, #leadershipyoutube, #christianleader, #leadership, #thoughtleadership, #ministry, #pastor, #pastors, #churches, #leadershiptraining, #churchleader, #churchleaders, #influence, #leadershipdevelopment, #coaching, #executivecoach, #leadershipcoaching, #productivitycoach, #productivity, #growthmindset, #theproductiveleader, #emotions, #thechristianleaderblueprint, #socialintelligenceCopyright © 2022 Ryan Franklin.
