This is a unique approach that enables relationships that truly touch the human heart and mind.A recent article from Harvard addresses the impact social isolation has on memory and overall cognition.The past two years have made the holidays feel even more isolating. This holiday will continue to be impacted due to the pandemic so we need to do our part to making sure the seniors in our community are not isolated and lonely.  You can do your part by reaching out to your parents and grandparents but you can also send cards and make phone calls to other family members as well.
