Social Media Addiction

The topic Social Media Addiction is brought up after listening to a couple recent episodes of Call Her Daddy. The episodes Alex listened to, forced him to realize what he is doing. Although, it is something Alex knows he struggles with, it is hard to kick the habit. Alex goes on to share real numbers of his screen time which are insane. How does one have such time?
