Today Keith takes on Social media tough guys, philosophers, advice-givers, and shit stirrers.  From keeping up with the Jones's on the filter-fueled human highlight reel to the fear of missing out (FOMO) or the addicting shot of dopamine. Combining all of that with the harassment of a keyboard-tough guy clouds your mental mojo and fucks your positive outlook.  when your timeline is consistently filled with the nonsense you are left wondering if it is a cry for help or just someone begging for attention. Are they looking for help or a handout, do they want someone to listen, or do they just want to hear themselves talk?  Do you lend a hand or show them the backhand?  As Americans spend two-plus hours a day on social media It is important to identify how you consume it and apply it.
