Soderbergh 28/28: Episode 31 - High Flying Bird

Mike (@mumbles3k) and Marcelo (@marcelojpico) are back to discuss Steven Soderbergh’s latest iPhone-shot film, High Flying Bird. The Netflix sports drama has plenty to say about the NBA and about Soderbergh’s beliefs in film distribution, it turns out. The two hosts discuss how the film ties into the director’s world view and why it’s another accomplishment in his filmography. Oh, and there’s a long discussion on what’s a “film”, among other things. Listen, enjoy.
