Victor Garcia was born in Jalisco, Mexico and he loved Mexican drinks, treats and flavors that were on every block. He moved to the US and followed a traditional career path, attending UT Dallas and getting a job in accounting. And then…decided that he wanted to do something he loved and hence Sol Dias was born. Sol Dias makes authentic Mexican ice cream and more. Victor joins Justin to discuss this delicious growing brand.
