Definitely not decentralized I don't know much about this project other than that they have sold unregistered securities and so have the exchanges where it is listed (also dex). And USDC is on this chain---- haha really? I'm a 'supporter' of the Solana token now because I think it is a buy now that it got hacked and it was shut down for many many hours.... buy it so that you might sue them later...
