Solana Weekly: #15 - Solana Went Down, Pack It Up, It's Over. Or Is It?

What’s up everybody!? This is Thomas Bahamas and I appreciate you joining in for another weekly update on our favorite blockchain, Solana!Solana goes down for almost a full day. Went down during a software upgrade. It seems like once it was completed there was an issue with transactions finalizing so it triggered a stop to preserve the state of the blockchain. Which was never lost, and there were still voting messages going through at this time something like 200 tps (which is more than most still.) But they ended up fixing it after almost a full day. Solana price didn't really react to it, sitting at $22.22. SolEth dipped a bit to .01352 as Eth has been showing strength versus the entire market. MonkeDao - voting for independence from Hades. Lollipop - in the middle and proving the value of governance tokens. Sol Defi - taking a hit from an outage and good faith from users. Sharkyfi scrambling to not liquidate borrowers. Lily - showing strength in a low volume market. Positioned well. Include Degenerate Trash Pandas, Critters, and Dandies based on the Lily bullish case. MadLads - Their Madlist dropped, mine is not coming through, but I’m super bullish on this whole drop.
