Solid Ground in Shaking Times 3: How to be Sure we Know God - 1 John 2:3-11

How do you know that you know God? Some people think it's arrogant to even say that you could know God. But the scriptures teach that we can know him. Though Jesus said that there are people who, when they stand before him, even though they say, "we we did many mighty miracles in your name and we drove demons in your name," he'll look at them and say, "I never knew you at all." So it's not entirely straightforward to say "I know God," but the scriptures talk about it. We're walking through 1 John and I called the series "Solid Ground in Shaky Times".
