In this solo episode I share openly about what I've been living through - the passing of loved ones and celebrating birthdays. The cycle of life with death and renewal is not a topic often talked about, but I'm here for these real life conversations, and I hope you're here for them too. In today's talk, which I intentionally decided to release on my birthday, I open up and share some of the new insights I've gained through love and loss. May you find comfort you're not alone in whatever you may be grieving. At the end of this episode I read a poem called "Season" that I felt called to share.
