Solo Show: Let's Not Go Back. Let's Go Somewhere Else

This solo show is inspired by an urge I had during a recent morning meditation practice. I had this desire to write about us, as individuals and as a collective, taking time to pause and process our learnings, emotions and insights from this last pandemic year. I feel so passionate about us not "pushing through" or pretending this last year didn't happen. That's why I created this Medium Article as well as this podcast episode. I want to offer a collective pause to reflect and connect the dots in our lives so that we can live with more intention in this next phase.
