King Solomon was asked by God to ask for whatever he wanted so he did so but unknown to him there were others which he equally needed. God added them to him and aside whatever your needs & requests are God still has other important things and benefits for you. Many at times, many neglects and shuts the door to God following a promotion, blessings, new status, marriage, finishing a successful assignments, college, marriage, project and so forth. However, we need God always because He completes us, protects, makes unknown but needed & important additions & interventions for our lives. King Solomon became a king as a fulfillment of a prophecy and by virtue of him being King David's son and continued staying faithful to God, having a relationship with Him and offered sacrifices on God's altar and therefore got to the next level, glorified and honoured. Never think you are too big, beautiful, handsome, wealthy, poor to follow or have a relationship with God. Never think you are bigger than His word, Spirit & Church. Also, you need God at every level or else you set your self up for destruction, incompleteness, needless battles and attacks, eventually shame & death so always be all out for God so that aside He providing your needs, He adds the other additions to complete you.
