Solutions Not Problems Ft. Wilmer Glick Ep. 94

Sometimes it’s really hard. All of us are posting and putting on brave faces, making things look like we have it all together and figured out. But most of the time nobody does. If you’re gonna figure anything out, realize this sooner than later; sometimes you get kicked in the teeth and before you can get back up, you get kicked in the head. If you’re going to go into business and be an owner you need to know it’s hard. There will probably be more hard days than there will be good days, but if it’s in you, it’s in you. Josh sat down for this episode of The Line with Wilmer Glick. They discussed what hard looks like and how to succeed and push through it till tomorrow. They discussed why we do what we do because that’s something that we really need to remind ourselves of and know. Life is hard, but it is worth it if you know why you do what you do. In our real and honest conversation, Wilmer shows all of us what it is to be courageous as he wasn’t prepared for some of the questions but, he answered them truthfully anyway. We encourage you to check out this podcast, dropping Monday at 5 AM. Yes life is hard, but you only fail if you quit. -------------------------- WHERE TO WATCH: Spotify https://open.spotify.com/show/07rT0hFAsPAZYCUF4OMBB7 Apple https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/the-line/id1722664848 -------------------------- FOLLOW WILMER: Website: https://performanceautomationinc.com/ Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/performanceautomation -------------------------- FOLLOW JOSH: https://x.com/Joshuadmellott https://www.instagram.com/Joshuadmellott https://www.linkedin.com/in/joshua-d-mellott-0b0525118/ https://www.tiktok.com/@UCC11qG6HXWP7TmVMr_Sv7Vg -------------------------- FOLLOW BLACKLINE: @blacklineltd Instagram https://www.instagram.com/blacklineltd?igsh=a2wwbzJ3Y3Jjd2o4 Facebook https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100095504736514 https://www.linkedin.com/company/blackline-ltd/ YouTube https://www.youtube.com/@blacklineLTD Website https://www.blacklineltd.com/ Explore the podcast https://open.spotify.com/show/07rT0hFAsPAZYCUF4OMBB7?si=0da16a8fb2574ca4 https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/the-line/id1722664848
