Change the way we look at problems and creative solutions can come to us. A solution is always out there, if we don't get stuck in the problem . There's always a solution, but if I'm locked into the idea that there is no solution we won't find it. We can change a problem from being a problem to being a challenge with a change in focus. When we focus on the solution we become empowered. So often, we tend to be tethered into our stuck pathways of behavior and thinking. Change the pathways of thinking and find creative solutions. We so often say to children, "No it's not possible." When we take their ideas and put it into a different frame, they can help us to find our solutions.
