Solved: Loved to Death

from Mysteriously Listed True Crime

Break up violence is common in relationships that were physically abusive. According to the Mississippi Coalition Against Domestic Violence, “women in abusive relationships are about 500 times more at risk when they leave”. According to their studies, “a person is more likely to be seriously injured and killed after a break up. And in 20% of relationship homicides, the killing itself was the first act of violence”.
