Somatization 1: Vibration - Conception - Cellular Breathing

This is a somatization from the session 1 of the Living Body Series (March 24th, 2024). We are coming into contact with our essential vibration, and embodying early embryological processes that had created us, starting with the egg and the sperm, and the moment of our conception. After that we are exploring external and internal respiration - the breath of our lungs, and the breathing of every cell. A big thank you to all the participants.
