Somatization 11 - Support of Space & Skeletal System

from Life that said Yes · host Ivan Vuković

This is a somatization from the session 11 of the Living Body Series (June 23rd, 2024). The topic was Support of Space & Skeletal System. We were exploring the support of Space (external & internal), how we can move through Space, but also how Space can move us. Releasing the weight into the ground, and establishing the support of the Skeletal system as our basic bodily architecture through which the weight pours towards the Earth. Becoming aware of the fluidity of the bones and the joints for more lightness. Differentiating the central axis and the periphery (limbs). Initiating movement with different parts of hands (claw & blade) and feet (ankle-foot & heel-foot). Allowing the contents of the skeletal container to soften. A big thank you to all the participants. What is a somatization? Somatization is form of guided meditation through which we direct our consciousness into our living body-mind and the myriad of processes that exist inside of us.
