Somatization 4: Beginning of Blood

This is a somatization from the session 4 of the Living Body Series (April 14th, 2024). We are exploring the development of our blood and blood vessels, embryonic circulatory system, front and back body being surrounded by the protective layer of extraembryonic mesoderm. Somatization is form of guided meditation through which we direct our consciousness into our living body-mind and the myriad of processes that exist inside of us.
