Somatization 7: Digestive Tube

This is a somatization from the session 7 of the Living Body Series (May 12th, 2024). We are exploring our digestive system, from the embryological perspective and how it developed from our yolk sac; and the organ quality of it in our grown bodies, it being a central axis of the front body, connecting our mouth and anus as one continuous tube, providing support and feeling of nourishment. A big thank you to all the participants. What is a somatization? Somatization is form of guided meditation through which we direct our consciousness into our living body-mind and the myriad of processes that exist inside of us.
