Some advice on the current heat spell

While many of us might be delighted to see a proper spell of summer weather, there is a serious side to this week's heat. Met Eireann has issued a status yellow high temperature warning for Ireland, with temperatures expected to climb well into the high 20s, possibly even reaching 31 degrees by Thursday.
