The Government is again being called on to act on its repeated commitment to establish a new joint select committee to review and modernise Jamaica’s Access to Information Legislation. The matter was highlighted in an open letter, from over 20 civil society groups and interested parties, which was submitted to Information Minister Dr. Dana Morris Dixon today.
