Some U.S. residents near AI data centers reporting noise complaints

With the explosion of AI, 40% of US homes are now within 5 miles of a data center, and that's led to a growing rumble of noise complaints. It isn't just "loud," like we typically think of that. It can be felt as deep hums or vibrations -- up to a mile away -- that current laws aren't written to address.
