Sometimes We Needed That Struggle... & When The Student Is Ready, The Teacher Appears

We can all think of a time when we complained and complained about our problems... but we weren't truly ready for a resolution, yet. We weren't ready to release the habits that were no longer serving us. We weren't ready to let go of the beliefs that were influencing our unsupportive choices. We weren't truly tired of our own bullshit, yet. That's why, in today's episode we're talking about the purpose of the struggle: and why sometimes the best course of action is for our spirits to let us sink to rock bottom while they wait patiently for us to be... ready.  Today's episode felt good to record, but just a warning: I am talking a bit about women and abusive men/relationships. Life isn't always roses and sunshine and rainbows. But there's purpose in the pain. When the student is ready, the teacher will appear. When you're finally truly fed up, you can actually hear and take action on the support that was available to you all along.
