This week, we welcome Cape Central Volleyball Head Coach Sommer McCauley-Perdue to the show. After a standout career at Notre Dame, McCauley-Perdue has worked her way up the coaching profession and finds herself at the helm of Cape’s volleyball and girls basketball teams. In year 1, Coach led Cape Central to their best season in program history. We talked about that and how she and the program will try to reload after losing a talented senior class. We also talked about what goes into building a successful program and the work necessary to achieve their goals.
