Vores krop og hjerne har helt biologisk brug for pauser i et samfund, hvor vi mentalt er på overarbejde. Det er afgørende for vores fysiske og mentale sundhed.   I sommerafsnittet (#75) her, giver jeg en helt kort introduktion til et par myter relateret til meditation, for jeg mener, at meditation bør afmystificeres. Vi bør få meditation helt ned på jorden; for grundlæggende handler meditation om at tage en pause for tanker, bekymringer, planer, to-dos, gøremål mv. Derudover styrker meditation vores bevidsthed, vores opmærksomhed og koncentration. Derfor kan vi alle(!) bruge meditation.
