Time to go to our last segment and today we are zooming into South Africa where President Cyril Ramaphosa of South Africa delivered his state of the nation address in a very quiet and partly empty parliament. Ramaphosa announced a number of measures to rebuild the economy including supporting young entrepreneurs. He also announced the formation of the National anti-corruption Advisory Council to fight corruption. Earlier I spoke to General Secretary of the South African Federation of Trade Unions, Zwelinzima Vavi about his thoughts. He said the organisation is calling on a total economic shutdown later this month.
