Episode 120 is in conversation with Author Sonali Misra whose debut nonfiction book ‘21 Fantastic Failures and What Their Stories Teach Us’ is an exploration of well-known figures and the triumphs and lessons learned from moments of failure in their lives. Born and brought up in Delhi, drawn to stories and writing from a young age, Sonali studied a BA (Honours) in English Studies and worked in book publishing, before moving to the Edinburgh to complete in Masters in Creative Writing. Co-founder of international literary magazine, The Selkie Publications CIC, which promotes and publishes underrepresented voices and Co-chair of the Society of Young Publishers Scotland, she is currently doing a PhD in Publishing Studies at the University of Stirling and working on her first novel.
