SONG OF PRAYER #1

There is a Supplement in A Course in Miracles called The Song of Prayer. It is a profound guide to Prayer. It defines true Prayer free of entreaty. True Prayer does not "ask for things" we do not have, or "ask to meet our needs."  It asks to receive what has already been given. The lofty Prayer is to be free from the block of receiving what has already been given. We give gratitude and thanksgiving for the Song of God which has already given you Heaven and everything else. "In Prayer you let go of your specific needs as you see them and let them go into Gods Hands." God has already met the needs.
