Sonia O'Sullivan on the 30th anniversary of becoming a world champion

On August 12th, 1995, Sonia became the first Irish female world champion when she crossed the line in the 5k event in 14:46.47.In the episode, Sonia reflects on the pressure she put on herself and how she protected her energy by basing herself in London before the championships.
