Why hello, Wastelanders! This is Mike, your friendly shift leader (now acting manager) of Apocalypse Video. You might be wondering why I’m the one writing the episode synopsis this week, and not Dave. Well, due to an incident last week that resulted in Dave getting a gorilla hand grafted to his arm (see our episode on BMX Bandits), he has left me in charge of the store while he travels to the plains of Gyur to undergo replacement hand surgery from the cyber samurai. I can’t tell you how excited I am to finally be managing the store. And for my first order of business as acting manager? -- Completely disregard Dave’s last orders and open up our Christmas presents early! I feel it’s what Dave would have wanted… I’m your new host and Sonic-stan, Mike, and joining me as we drudge up the bloody memory of the console wars of the 90s is fellow cinephile and Super Nintendo fanboy, Ryan.
