Sons of Narcissist Mothers

“A son is a prince raised, with the loving, devoted care of his mother, to become a King... who will attract his loving devoted Queen” Unfortunately, a son of a Narcissist will have a long, burdensome journey of endless toxic cycles before he can ever accomplish that, let alone appreciate that. With the length of toxicity and abuse, the son is liable to attract toxic women (codependent - narcissist / narcissist - narcissist relationships) because the leading woman of his life laid the toxic foundation. Cycles of toxic familial/spousal relationships are repetitive and the trauma bonds created are too enmeshed, making it extremely difficult to break free from. The three [types of] sons to a Narcissist Mother are: 1. The Golden Child - Privileged because of compliance 2. The Scapegoat - Fall guy; takes blame; never feels good enough 3. The Forgotten Son - No relevance to Narc Mother; ignored child
