Sony's Q3 financial report revealed that the company has sold 4.5 million PlayStation 5 units in less than two months, driving the company's Game and Network Services division up to $8.4 billion in revenue, a 25% increase over the same time period the year before. The report also disclosed that the console is selling at a loss, though strong software sales of ¥433 billion offset those losses.
