Sonya Believe in yourself

Today I had the pleasure of speaking to Sonya. She was talking to me about life’s journey in regards to relationships and how hard it can be when people we love and have cared for exit our lives. Sonya believes in self growth and she is always seeking to learn new things and become a better person and also live a better life. He amazing advise was so simple… to believe in ourselves yet it can be so hard to do at times. Often the most important advise is simple in concept but hard in practice and it is so essential that we find a way to recognize when we are not being true to ourselves and remind ourselves to have the courage and faith that our path is the right one for us.
