Sonya Miller is the Founder and Director of Armitage Jones, a specialist project management and development advisory consultancy that is currently delivering a range of high profile commercial and hospitality projects with a combined end-value in excess of $3.5 billion. She has extensive experience in the property industry with exposure to a diverse range of complex projects. Sonya also currently serves as a non-executive Director on the board of Development Victoria. Prior to establishing Armitage Jones, Sonya has held senior management roles for a range of private and public property and construction companies. During this time, she has led significant development projects where she managed a Victorian Portfolio of over $500 million across residential, industrial and commercial development projects. She is motivated by working on high profile, complex projects with the need to engage with multiple stakeholders including JV partners, shareholders, consultants, government authorities, with a diverse range of interests.
