Sophia: Learning to adapt

Sophia called in today to share her fear of the dark. Nighttime would scare Sophia to the point that it could make her sick. She made sure to get home by dark and not get trapped in a place where she would feel scared of being vulnerable in the night. However one day this is exactly the predicament that Sophia found herself… for hours. She was stranded out in the night without her phone or a way to get home. This experience forced her to confront her fear head on and she realized that there was a whole other side to life that happened at night. She took on a new application for the night.
