My guest today is remarkable and has such a motivational story of resilience, perseverance, discipline and a positive mindset. Sophie was diagnosed with Cystic Fibrosis when she was just 4 months old and was only given 15 years to live. Her achievements fly in the face of everyone who told her she couldn’t possibly do it.
