Sorry for My Apology- Ep 22 S1

Taylor and I tackle one thing that never seems to be quite what you expect- apologies. Sometimes we worry ourselves so much and live in our own head that we have more of a fight in our head than what we ever would in real life. So when we continue to allow our brains to fight, if and when we get to the point of apology, we have just a grand idea on what its supposed to be like that it never lives up to what we hope. We are missing a piece because it never feels like it fulfills the whole hole that fight has created. So take a listen and see if what we think rings true to how you feel about apologies.
