Sorry for the Wait

Instead of a traditional episode, here is a raw download I recorded a year ago during a time I was integrating back into the world after an extended period of isolation. Here are some much needed reminders, observations and lessons from my higher self that I felt someone needed to hear. I was a lil stuffy at the time but don’t miss the message. This is a soft launch for my highly anticipated return… sorry for the wait.
