Thou shalt remember, that like sand in an hour glass, these are the days of our lives...  Life is about change. Sometimes it's beautiful, sometimes it's painful, and if you're anything like me, sometimes it can be pretty shameful. But if there's one thing I've learnt in the last two years, it's that what doesn't kill gives you content... and after one too many near death experiences, I still find it hard to believe that I've banked myself 9 seasons worth of content - but I didn't do it alone...
