A year that experienced the continued evolution of feel good known as Disco music as record companies and music houses upped the stakes for dance-floor domination of the Hottest Nite-Spots, Record stores, TV advertisements and even the Movies, cabaret & Stage, Inadvertently creating an explosion of over saturation which within this very year caused Disco',s untimely Demise. Fortunately this was not the only Ignition detonated as we were about to usher in a new Dawn…A New Decade laced with Hope bright colours and opportunity! as we said goodbye to the Oppression of the 70s and said hello to the Expression of the Fantastic 80s.
