After graduating from college, Minister Charlene surrendered her life to the Lord Jesus Christ.Charlene is affectionately known as the Resource Navigator. She is a woman of many talents and a trailblazer in her own right. She is the proud Founder of Women with Vision, Inc. NC, a nonprofit organization dedicated to uplifting women, caregivers, and families to help them become the best versions of themselves.Charlene is the devoted wife of Michael P. Sparks and the loving mother of three beautiful daughters, Victoria, Lauren, and her cherished inherited daughter, Danielle. She is a proud graduate of NC A&T State University, with her journey starting in 1979.Charlene's commitment to health care extends to her role as a Diabetes Care Manager and Lifestyle Coach, Diabetes Peer Educator, as well as a Certified Deprescribing Medication Advocate. She's a passionate advocate for self-care and caregiving, offering invaluable support to those in need. As a firm believer in the power of faith, Charlene provides Christian faith-based spiritual empowerment education. Her expertise also extends to event consultancy, empowering others to achieve their goals. She is a trusted Health Care and Business Resource Navigator, guiding individuals toward the resources they need. Charlene is not just an advocate; she is an author, too.
