He is the President of the Barrett Academy for the Advancement of Human Values®, and the Founder of the Barrett Values Centre®. His lifetime quest for understanding the deeper motivations of human consciousness led him to study organisational culture, psychology, spirituality and the evolution of societal worldviews.
