Hi beautiful souls,  I am so happy to have my dear friend and business partner Veronika Liljander sharing her story and big mission on today’s episode.   I met Veronika a couple of years ago and she became a close and dear sister to me. A couple of months ago she called me, and 2 other of her closest friends to share her download about a soul-aligned idea that came to her.   Veronika will share what the Self Care Discovery Movement is and why it is her mission. -When we are pushing ourselves over our limits we are exhausting ourselves.  -I want people to understand that we need to start the inner self-care discovery journey so we do not burn out our energy. -Otherwise, we will end up sick and feeling stressed all the time, this is a worldwide problem.  -You can heal the root cause and not just treat the symptoms, all the answers are within yourself.
