Marisa Di Lisio from cafe Bella Cosi Entrepreneur, Soul Food Author connected to Archangel Michael featured in her book “Bella Cosi A Taste of Life”Her passion for cooking started at a very early age, she remembers as a child instead of playing with dolls, she would pretend to be conducting her in cooking shown on TV in her Mum’s kitchen!
