Soul Mine: vocalists Shelly Harris & Jenn Klemenz, & keyboardist Fred Shattell; Kassandra Garcia, host of United Way of the Mohawk Valley’s "Inside the Impact!" & Sistas & Brothas N Motion S2:E21

This week on Hot Seat: Media Monday, we go behind the scenes with Soul Mine, the veteran R&B/funk band with over 20 years of experience. Vocalists Shelly Harris and Jenn Klemenz, along with keyboardist Fred Shattell, share their musical journey, influences from 60's R&B to 80's synth pop, and how they keep audiences energized with fresh, dynamic performances. We also celebrate a big milestone for Stefan Rubitski, making his debut as a field correspondent, covering local winter media habits and bringing a fresh perspective to our community stories. Plus, we highlight the impact of United Way of the Mohawk Valley and wellness initiatives like Sistas in Motion and Brothers in Motion, showing how local organizations and creative projects inspire connection and change.
