Soulful Saturday: On Procrastination

from Today’s Gut Health Tip · host Melissa Hall Klepacki, M.Ac.

Do you procrastinate?  Is there one particular thing you have been procrastinating on?  The first step is to identify and acknowledge it. And then you need to "Just do it".  For me that thing was submitting medical bills to the insurance company.  I had ignored it for so long that in my head it was this very laborious task, and seemed overwhelming.  But one day I decided I had enough.  I gathered the envelopes and stamps and pens and paperwork and it really only took me an hour.  And now it's done. And I feel FANTASTIC about myself. And I want you to feel fantastic too. So listen in and stop procrastinating.  Get it done and keep moving forward.  --Melissa
